Job profile

Preferred pathway for candidates considering this qualification include the BSB40807 Certificate IV in Frontline Management or other business relevant qualification/s but not essential.

VPB436 Develop and implement a program to support behavioural change and sustainable practices
Look at key issues affecting individual and organisational behaviours of change towards sustainable practices.
VPB437 Develop a plan for responsive action
Plan for responsive action and sustainable practices with a long-term view to the economic, environmental and social impacts of the business.
VPB438 Analyse the long term outcomes of sustainable production and consumption
Explore long term effects of sustainable production and analyse outcomes for business, the community and government.

Understand how effective communication and social and cultural diversity change the dynamics of a workplace
BSBOHS509A Ensure a safe workplace
This unit describes the knowledge required to establish, maintain and evaluate the organisation's occupational health and safety policies, procedures and programs.
BSBFLM506A Manage workplace information systems
Collect, analyse, report and assess various information systems for the workplace.
BSBMGT507A Manage environmental performance
This unit covers the development, maintenance and evaluation of the organisation's environmental policies and procedures in regard to environmental sustainability as an integral part of business planning.
BSBFLM510A Facilitate and capitalise on change and innovation
Capitilise on new ideas and communicate their benefits and company expectations. Learn the planning process to integrate new processes and gain insight on how to maximise team particiation and problem solving.
