Annaliesje Hartley

Chief Executive Officer

Our CEO, Annaliesje has over 28 years’ experience within the business and vocational education sector in both private and public institutions, community and not-for-profit entities.

Currently, Annaliesje takes responsibility for overseeing a number of interrelated Companies that manage Government Training contracts, legislative and regulatory compliance requirements, grants, accreditation, compliance and asset management of Company property and resources.

At the request of the Department of Education, Annaliesje has represented private training providers in developing programs for government school curriculum and validating industry training package performance criteria.

Outside of the vocational training sector, Annaliesje has served as a paid Board Director of Mingara Recreational Club whose staff of 260 served 26,000 members during her six year tenure.

Lecturer and resource developer, Annaliesje has University Degrees in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Sustainability, Vocational Training and Education; formal qualifications in Retail, Leadership, Frontline Management, Financial Services, Training and Assessment and various trade qualifications within personal service industries.

Ryan Hartley

Ryan Hartley

Operations Manager

Ryan brings to the Company a wealth of knowledge and skills formulated over years of travel,   working with industry mentors, trade related supervisors and vocational training regulators.

As a member of the Management Team, his current position within three interrelated companies requires him to regularly liaise with Government Departments and personnel therein, source and service various grants and the legislative regulations that govern them. In addition, he is responsible for overseeing external study programs, managing staff, trainers and their students.

With established networks in Retail, Hospitality, Business and Club Management, Ryan maintains his industry currency, affording him the opportunity to deliver training and assessment to various cohorts within those industries, both national and international.

Nationally, Ryan is approved to deliver training services on behalf of the Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing and the New South Wales Food Authority, recognition that requires a high level of approval within Government. 

Ryan currently has formal qualifications in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Retail, Sustainability, Hospitality, Training and Assessment and continues to expand on these qualifications. Ryan recently received Certifications as a Practitioner and Coach of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Practitioner of Time Line Therapy Training and a Practitioner of Hypnotist Certification Training.
