We are a Registered Training Organisation, nationally recognised and accredited by NSW Vocational Education & Training Accreditation Board (VETAB). This ensures you receive the highest quality of training and assessment services.

Statewide Business Training Pty Ltd offers flexible training arrangements wholly on-the-job, off-the-job, by distance education or any combination of all three. Flexible delivery means providing training and assessment when it best suits the learner or the business. Training can commence at any time of the year at a pace that matches the need. In addition, we offer customisation of an existing training program to suit client requirements, and/or incorporate any ‘in house’ training or newly proposed strategic direction.

Currently, there are attractive employer financial incentives for trainees. Traineeships are available for both new and existing staff between the ages of 14 to 64 years. Certain eligibilities exist and Statewide Business Training will advise you of this accordingly. The term ranges from 1 to 4 years, depending on full-time or part-time employment arrangements.

Extensive work has been undertaken between industry and government agencies to produce and endorse a number of training packages that are aligned within the Australian Qualifications Training Framework. These training packages provide the basic building blocks and specify the competency standards which make up the training and assessment outcomes required by industry for its employees. Statewide Business Training Pty Ltd endeavours to align all training requested against these national benchmarks so that qualifications issued can be used to gain credits for further education and training.

Recognition of Prior Learning is offered to all participants prior to commencement of any training program. In broad terms this involves matching existing knowledge with the learning outcomes of a chosen course. If successful, a reduction in the actual training time can result.
